The Acupuncture session is 45 minutes to one hour according to your condition and includes other techniques as electrical stimulation, myofascial release by gua sha, and heating therapies.

By inserting needles into specific points along these meridians, acupuncture practitioners believe that your energy flow will rebalance.
In a Western-medicine perspective, acupuncture points function as places to stimulate nerves, muscles, and connective tissue. This stimulation boosts your body's natural painkillers (Endorphins).
