Our Services

Acupuncture Therapy

  • The Acupuncture session is 45 minutes to one hour according to your condition and includes other techniques as electrical stimulation, myofascial release by gua sha, and heating therapies.
  • Acupuncture involves the insertion of very thin needles through your skin at strategic points on your body. A key component of traditional Chinese medicine, acupuncture is most commonly used to treat pain. Increasingly, it is being used for overall wellness, including stress management, weight management,  and acute problems such as frozen shoulder.
  •  Traditional Chinese medicine explains acupuncture as a technique for balancing the flow of energy or life force — known as chi or qi (believed to flow through pathways (meridians) in your body. By inserting needles into specific points along these meridians, acupuncture practitioners believe that your energy flow will rebalance.
  • In a Western-medicine perspective, acupuncture points function as places to stimulate nerves, muscles, and connective tissue.  This stimulation boosts your body's natural painkillers (Endorphins).

HERBAL MEDICINE

  •  Herbs are used in conjunction with other therapies to promote health. Using traditional remedies combined with recent clinical advances in plant-based medicine, we can craft a plan to create better health.

Cupping

  • Cupping therapy is an ancient form of alternative medicine in which a therapist puts special cups on your skin for a few minutes to create suction. Cupping may help with pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation, and can promote well-being, or function as a type of deep-tissue massage.
  • The cups may be made of glass, bamboo ,silicon

Facial Rejuvenetion

  •  This cosmetic treatment is an extension of traditional acupuncture. It’s said to naturally help make the skin look younger, smoother, and all-around healthier. And unlike injection procedures, facial acupuncture addresses not only signs of aging, but also the skin’s overall health.

Tai chi Classes

  •  Originally developed for self-defense, Tai Chi has evolved into a graceful form of exercise that's now used for stress reduction and a variety of other health conditions. Often described as meditation in motion. Tai Chi promotes serenity through gentle flowing movements.
